The location proved convenient. Staff members offered genuine assistance. I received complimentary drinks and snacks each evening. I especially liked the perfect cleanliness maintained throughout.
The air conditioning did not operate during the winter. The street noise was a significant disturbance. The rumble from the subway passing underneath was nearly constant throughout my stay.

excellent central hotel
helpful staff complimentary upgrade
the location was perfect for exploring the city center. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing useful information. i received a complimentary upgrade to a premium double room, a very nice surprise.
the ac was not available during my winter stay, so the room was too warm. opening the windows was not an option due to significant street noise.

the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. it is within easy walking distance of several tourist attractions. the metro station is also nearby, nice for quick access to other parts of the city.

Truly Charmed by this Boutique Hotel
helpful staff daily wine fresh fruits
I found the staff genuinely helpful. They remembered my preferences. The team was really good. Breakfast included champagne and fresh fruits (a good touch!). I also appreciated the local liqueur, wine, and chocolates provided daily in the room.
The building across the street looked a little run-down.

The location is quite central. I could easily walk to most sites and the metro station is very close. This makes it simple to explore different areas of the city without needing a car or relying heavily on taxis.

The hotel provided access to a rooftop bar in the adjacent sister hotel. The sister hotel also had a panoramic restaurant. The food and service made for a very relaxed atmosphere (it was just amazing!).

street noise disruptive subway rumble
the staff service is really good everyone works hard to leave customers with a good impression
the air conditioning was not available during my winter stay the room became uncomfortably warm i could not open the windows due to significant street noise additionally the rumble of the subway beneath the hotel was constant disrupting sleep i found these conditions unacceptable
